Who we are

Gould Standard Exterior Cleaning Services is run by Jon Gould and based in Taunton, Somerset. We are responsible for any personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We also receive the details you choose to share when you call or email us.

How we use it

We only use your details to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. We never sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted as soon as we have replied to them. If you go ahead with a job, we keep the details needed for your quote and invoice for as long as the law requires for tax records.

Services we use

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by the email service Resend. This website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides anonymous visitor statistics (such as page views) that do not identify you.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Just email us and we will respond as quickly as we can.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
